In order to ensure that the app works, it is technically necessary to transfer the data (images) to an analysis server for the duration of the analysis. Data is only transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) and only stored in volatile memory (RAM) on the server. After the results have been received in the app, the data is deleted from the server. This means that the data is only available on the server for a few seconds.
The data is used exclusively for the filter function in the app.
Statistics are created on how often which filter is used in the app. This is done with a simple counter that is incremented. No personal data is saved. The statistics are only used for the further development of the app and are never passed on to third parties.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection with regard to your data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to us at office.linz@iab.at or to the data protection authority.

Um die Funktion der App zu gewährleisten, ist es technisch notwendig, die Daten (Bilder) auf einen Analyse-Server für die Dauer der Analyse zu übertragen. Daten werden nur verschlüsselt (HTTPS) übertragung und am Server nur in flüchtigem Speicher (RAM) gespeichert. Nach Ergebniserhalt in der App werden die Daten vom Server gelöscht. D.h. die Daten befinden sich nur wenige Sekunden am Server.
Die Daten werden ausschließlich für die Filterfunktion in der App verwendet.
Es werden Statistiken erstellt, wie oft welcher Filter in der App zum Einsatz kommt. Dies erfolgt mit einem einfachen Zähler, der inkrementiert wird. Dabei werden keinerlei personenbezogene Daten gespeichert. Die Statistik wird nur für die Weiterentwicklung der App genutzt und keinesfalls an dritte weitergegeben.
Ihnen stehen bezüglich Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten Daten grundsätzlich die Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerruf und Widerspruch zu.
